Rescue Task Force

Rescue Task Force (RTF) is a San Diego County based non-profit relief agency that responds to natural and man-made disasters world-wide.

Rescue Task Force was founded in 1988 and has a wide range of disaster management projects - from the jungles of Central America to the mountains of Kosovo, from tsunami ravaged Thailand and Sri Lanka and the interior of Afghanistan to hurricane and fire disaster stricken communities in the United States.

RESCUE TASK FORCE's volunteers have delivered over $48 million worth of medical supplies, food clothing, household supplies and disaster relief materials. RESCUE TASK FORCE projects include medical clinics, clean water systems, disaster responses, backpacks and ‘self help’ projects and they depend on donors and corporate sponsors.
